Elise & Zac
Elise and Zak started dating at Dartmouth College in 2005. In 2009, they moved to Cape Town, South Africa to do youth HIV prevention work with an international non-profit organization. On their 5 year anniversary, Zak proposed while they were in Paris.
Although they love being abroad, they decided to get married back at Dartmouth! The place where they first met and it all began! They planned the wedding from abroad, with lots of help from family and friends.
They married on September 2, 2012 in a beautiful outdoor ceremony overlooking the hills of Vermont and New Hampshire. Elise always dreamed of having sparklers at her wedding, so their sparkler farewell was the perfect end to a beautiful celebration.
