Yes, If you place your order before 11:00 AM it will ship out the sameday. From Sparklers R Us (Houston) UPS will get sparklers packages to most Texas cities by the next day. If you live in a small town outside the reaches of Austin, Dallas, Houston or San Antonio it can take 2 days. Texas, orders also include a 8.25% tax.
Due to the material that is in sparklers they are considered to be a form of firework. This limits sparklers to only being shipped by ground. Sparklers cannot be shipped any other method (3-day, 2nd day or overnight) no exceptions. Also UPS does not offer Saturday deliveries on packages shipped ground.
