Refunds and Returns

Order Cancelation:

Orders can be canceled up until the time an order is shipped. Once the status shows it has been shipped a customer will need to file for a return and send the order back to us.

Defective Items:

To report defective items, send a photo of the flawed product with your order number to sales@ilovesparklers.com Please include a brief description of the issue.

Missing or Incorrect Items / Accessories:

If any items or accessories are missing or incorrect, send us a photo of the received packaging/box along with your order number to sales@ilovesparklers.com. Kindly describe the missing items.

Ordered Wrong Item / Exchange:

We do not do exchanges because most customers are in a time crunch and do not have the time for us to process an exchange. What we suggest is to click here and start a return when ask your reason for a return select "Ordered Wrong Item" When you receive the e-mail that your return request has been approved you will receive a coupon code for $12.95 to use on your new order as credit for the return shipping cost. 

Local Area / Venue Policies:

Customers need to check if their venue or location will allow sparklers, confetti cannons or any other item we sell, before ordering; we are not responsible if a venue or location does not allow the items that you purchased. We also suggest that you check for any local restrictions or burn bans before you order. 

Courier Delays:

We are not responsible for courier-related delays. Contact the courier for shipping issues. Shipping costs, including priority fees, will not be refunded for a return if there is a delay or the item arrives after the estimated shipping time.

Return / Exchange:

• In order to receive a return authorization number and shipping label, Click Here.
• We will accept returns within 30 days of purchase.
• All returnable items need to be in their original packaging unopened. Any items that are not returned in their original packages will not be refunded and we will not pay to ship the item back to you.
• Custom printed sparkler tags are non-returnable.
• Multi-product package items will not be accepted for returns unless all items that are included in the package are returned. Example: Gender Reveal Confetti Cannon Packages can only be returned, if 2 blue and 2 pink cannons are returned unused)
• Orders will be refunded the full purchase amount minus the out going shipping cost and the $12.95 return shipping cost per label will be deducted from the refund total. (If free shipping was included in the original purchase a standard $12.95 cost per label will be deducted from the refund total for shipping.)
• Orders with a total cost of over $150 will be charged a 5% restocking fee. 
• Returns will be processed every Friday and you should receive your refund within 5- 7 days.
