Shipping Information

We try to provide the fastest and most affordable shipping options to our customers. If your order is placed before 3 pm CST it will ship out the same day. The estimated shipping time from our warehouse to a continental US address is 1 to 5 business days depending on your location and the type of shipping that you select. Saturday and Sunday are not business days.
We provide 4 types of shipping to our customers depending on the items that you purchasing. We have some items that can only be shipped by "Standard or Priority Shipping Only" because they are flammable or contain a small amount of compressed air. When you go to check out depending on the items that are in your cart the system will show you what types of shipping are available for your order. 

Important Information

  • Shipping Disclaimer - we are not responsible for an order that arrives after the estimated date of the delivery time. Shipping carriers (such as UPS, FedEx, USPS) handle the transportation of packages for us, and sometimes delays can occur due to issues like weather conditions, transportation problems, or other unforeseen circumstances. That is out of our control, and we are not responsible for it. We suggest that you order ahead so you have a few extra days in case there is a delay.

Order Fulfillment

  • If you place an order before 3 pm CST on Monday through Friday, we will fulfill it on the same day. (If your order includes custom printed tags, please read below)
  • This guarantee does not include customers who purchase custom printed sparkler tags. Your order will ship out within 1-2 days. We try our best to get them out on the same day, but due to order volume at certain times of the year it can take 2 days to print and fulfill your order.

Available Shipping Options

  • Standard Shipping - Your estimated delivery is between 2 - 5 business days, depending on where you are located. Delivery days will be Monday-Friday, we do not offer Saturday or Sunday delivery.

  • Free Shipping - is offered as a promotion on all orders over $50. The Free Shipping service will be by our standard shipping service for your whole order. (This is not available for wholesale customers)

  • Priority Shipping - Your estimated delivery is between 1-3 business days depending on where you are located. Not available for all locations.  Delivery days will be Monday-Friday, we do not offer Saturday or Sunday delivery. 

  • UPS 2nd Day Air - delivery in 2-days anywhere in the US Monday thru Friday. This option is not available for sparklers items other hazmat items.                                      
  • UPS Next Day Air - delivery overnight anywhere in the US Monday thru Friday. This option is not available for sparklers items and other hazmat items.                                                                                                                           
  • Please Note – We cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Delaware, Massachusetts or international locations due to federal, state, or DOT regulations.

Tracking Order

  • Once your order is packaged and ready for pickup, you will receive an e-mail with the tracking information for your package.

Personal Transportation

  • Per TSA regulations, customers are prohibited from carrying sparklers while traveling by air. Even though sparklers are novelty items, sparklers are still not approved for air travel. I Love Sparklers is not liable for any shipping costs incurred due to the failure of customers to check this information before shipment.

Approved Address

  • We need a valid physical address, not a PO Box, in order to ship your order. If the shipping address is invalid or a PO Box, we will cannot ship your order until it's changed to a valid commercial or residential address. If this does occur, your order will be put on HOLD and we will try to contact you by phone and e-mail ASAP. Be aware that any delays in shipping caused by a PO Box or invalid shipping address are not the responsibility of I Love Sparklers. (Please double-check that your shipping address is correct. Autofill has messed up multiple orders because the billing and shipping addresses get mixed.)

Items Delivered Late, Lost or Damaged

  • If your package experiences a delay in delivery after being shipped, please note that unforeseen delays can occur during transit, and we no longer have control over the package. In this case, we advise you to contact the courier for assistance and other options. 
  • If your package is lost, marked as delivered but not received, or the items inside are damaged, you can file a claim by emailing us at if you purchased Package Protection with your order. If you did not purchase Package Protection, feel free to contact us for any information you may need to file a claim with the shipping provider. Please note that we will not cover the cost or send a replacement order if Package Protection was not purchased.
